The 4″ (100 mm) Dryzone Humidistat Timer Pullcord Fan is specifically designed to function as a dehumidifier by extracting damp air from domestic wet rooms. Equipped with a humidity sensor, the fan automatically turns on when the air's relative humidity reaches a level that could lead to condensation problems.
In addition to its primary function, this fan can also be utilized in basement waterproofing projects as a dehumidifier to help control relative humidity (RH) and achieve a Grade 3 environment in accordance with BS8102:2009. The Dryzone Fan adheres to the following standards:
